The upcoming AusBiotech BioCheers event will be coinciding this month with a symposium on Medical Imaging, with both events taking place at The Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.

The Medical Imaging Symposium will showcase how medical imaging is used in practice and to present some of the most exciting emerging medical imaging techniques. The speaker list will feature clinicians, engineers/physicists and presenters ranging from surgeons, radiologists and ophthalmologists to medical physicists and biomedical engineers.

Speakers at the symposium will include WA Scientist of the year, Prof Christobel Saunders and international speakers including Professor Jeff Bamber from the Institute of Cancer Research, London.

AusBiotech's BioCheers event will also take place at the Perkins Institute following the symposium and provides scientists, researchers and AusBiotech stakeholders the chance to build industry connections and engage with the local life science community.

Please register for each event separately to help organisers with catering.
